Account Services Manager - Search

LookSmart is looking for a hardworking, proactive Account Services Manager - Search, based in San Francisco. Will be responsible for ensuring that the needs of advertisers are being supporte and for the end-to-end management of LookSmart's existing advertiser relationships. Measures of success include revenue delivered vs. targets, up-sell and optimization effectiveness, client satisfaction and retention levels, and contribution to overall account team and business unit.

Responsibilities Include:

• Manage the scheduling, production and implementation of online advertising campaigns.
• Interface with sales teams to transition new ad campaigns from contract to launch.
• Support creative/technical related inquiries by customers.
• Prepare and monitor daily and monthly campaign performance.
• Own campaign management, campaign analysis and optimization.
• Identify and implement client growth opportunities.
• Monitor and help correct any delivery or inventory issues.
• Act as the primary contact point for all client issues and provide the "customer voice" to other teams at LookSmart.

Required Qualifications/Skills:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• Experience using one or more Internet ad serving systems.
• Very high-level of accuracy, keen attention to detail and comprehensive, data-driven problem solving.
• 3 to 5 years experience in interactive media and advertising including familiarity with CPC, CPM, CPA pricing models; agency experiene strongly desired.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment to manage multiple projects and tight deadlines.
• Demonstrate strong communication skills, with the ability to converse with internal departments as well as clients/agencies.
• Strong organizational and analytic skills.
• Experience with troubleshooting.
• Contract negotiation experience.
• Client service background.
• Consultative approach to campaign management and optimization.
• Ability to strategically prioritize workload based on client type, and handle multiple client issues.

Preferred Skills:

• Familiarity with PPC search marketing, a plus.
